2020 South Dakota High School Press Convention

Join us for a day full of engaging and interactive sessions on reporting, design, fighting fake news, and more! Keynote speakers include: Charean Williams, an award-winning journalist with more than 25 years of experience in covering the NFL; and Sarah Nichols, president of the Journalism Education Association.

Our annual convention is open to high school journalism students and teachers in South Dakota. This year's virtual format makes it possible for us to welcome student journalists and teachers from neighboring states, too. All sessions take place on Zoom – a link will be emailed to you shortly before the start of the event. (Recordings will be made available afterward to registered teachers.)
